The mission of Expressive Pens is to provide you with the right pen for you. We would like to think we have a pen for about any occasion. The mission is to make sure you are happy with the product we sent you. When you look at our pens, or other items we have fabricated, you should realize that any hand-crafted item is an individual product. We hope that the image you see is suffcient to show you its characteristics. If you are unsure of what is shown please e-mail me with any questions or additional photo requests. Also you should know that in most, but not all pens, there are many options available. These include the type of hardware finishes, various types of clips, and materials that are used in the fabrication. If you have a specific request, please send me an e-mail about what you are looking for. I will then let you know what can be done and an estimated cost to fabricate the item.
Ordering and Payment Policy
E-mails are usually answered the same day but in some cases it could be the following day.
When ordering, you may use the PayPal "BuyNow" button to place an order for items so labelled. If this is not convenient there are other forms of payments available via mail. Please send me an e-mail describing what you wish to order and how you would like to pay for it. Personal checks and postal money orders only are welcomed (U.S.ONLY), please email me or call for mailing address. We will send a confirmation e-mail when payment arrives. Note: Please send these payments on a timely basis as the item(s) you have ordered are being held for you and are not avilable for sale while your payment is in transit. If for some reason you change your mind about your order, please let us know immediately! Again, we will send confirmation when your payment arrives. Personal checks will need to clear (10 business days-about 14 days or longer) before the order is sent. We will e-mail you to let you when your order is on the way. Shipments are usually mailed out the next business day.
Informational Buying Note: Should the item that you ordered not be available, the following options would apply,
1. Select a different item at the same price.
2. Provide you with a time table for creating the exact pen per your order you selected, if possible..
3. Refund your full payment.
The normal shipping used is USPS Priority Mail and First Class package or envelope only USPS- no UPS. We will normally ship the next day or sooner when payment has been made/cleared. Included in the cost of shipping will be a USPS tracking number, which allows tracking of the package and lets you know where the package so that you receive your item(s).
Paypal is the only payment method for International orders and will have a different shipping rates. We will be happy to calculate a shipping cost and combine shipping on multiple orders. Just e-mail us and let us know.
For our customers in Canada we will accept PayPal ot Canadian Postal money orders in U.S. dollars only-no other money orders or checks.
It is our policy to ensure that you are happy with the product you receive and it meets your expectations. If for some reason it does not, we would like to hear from you. We attept to make every effort to describe our products in a straight forward and accurate method. If you find that the product you received is not what you expected you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please email me before returning any item to make sure we know what did not meet your expectations. If you plan to return an item please send it back freight prepaid and in the original container. The refund is for the merchandise price. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Also include the order number.
